The Palms at Riviera Dunes

Some projects for one reason or another, require a delivery method to ensure the shortest construction schedule.

A Fast Track project execution strategy starts the procurement and/or construction work before the full construction documentation work is finished.

The Palms at Rivera Dunes was such a project. To ensure construction completion of the project by specified dates, drawings were issued in increments ahead of all 12 floors being erected. The project was finished on time and certificates of occupancy were issued as scheduled.
